Margarita’s practice focuses on representing individuals and small businesses in transactional work and litigation, immigration criminal matters as well as firearms laws. She is originally from Russia and speaks Russian fluently. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 2004 and Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School.

Margarita  is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the State of New York, and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
