Jason Guida is the past Director of the Firearm Records Bureau and a former prosecutor.  He is a recognized authority on Massachusetts firearm law and regulation.  His practice specializes in firearms licensing and criminal law including self-defense issues. He is a founding member of the American Council of Second Amendment Lawyers. 

Attorney Guida has worked with Comm2A several state court license denial cases including cases involving the restoration of firearms rights by the Massachusetts Firearms Licensing Review Board.
